Q: How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

- Find Your Product: Use the search bar at the top of the page or browse through the categories on our homepage to locate the product you need. Choose the desired flavor and size.

- Add to Cart: Once you’re on the product page, select the flavor and size, then click "Add to Cart."

- Review Your Order: Go to your cart page to review your selected items.

- Checkout: Click "Proceed to Checkout" to finalize your order.

Q: Can I remove, add, or change items in my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes to it. However, if you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist with canceling your current order so you can place a new one.

Q: I received my order with missing/damaged items, what can I do?

- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible, making sure to share the order number and details about the missing or damaged items. (Click here for our contact details).

- Provide Evidence: If possible, send us a photo of the damaged items, packaging, and LOT number (found next to the expiry date) if applicable.

- We'll Make It Right: We’ll review your information and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

Q: How can I know the expiry date of a product?

The expiry date (labeled as "Best Before") is shown directly on the item’s page underneath the name. You can also view the expiry date by adding the product to your cart.

Q: How can I guarantee the authenticity of your products?

Q: What is the minimum time for your products to expire?

At Rayansupp, we’re committed to offering the best quality products. That’s why we guarantee that every product will have at least one month left before expiration.

Q: I did not find the serving scoop, what can I do?

It varies by item, but if your product is supposed to come with a scoop from the manufacturer, it might settle at the bottom of the container during shipping. Give the tub a shake and look carefully inside the powder. Also, check the serving size instructions which mention using a scoop, teaspoon, or tablespoon! If you still can’t find it, just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: When I received my order, the white sealing was not attached to the tub, it seems like the product was open!

Manufacturers usually use organic glue to seal the tub, which might not be as strong as regular glue, so it could disintegrate with time. We assure you this doesn’t affect the product inside and guarantee that everything you receive is brand new, unopened, and safe to use.

Q: Are your products Halal?

All of our products are free from any haram animal ingredients and alcohol and are approved by the UAE's Food and Drug Authority.

To use a new card, simply place your order and when you get to the payment method section, click on 'Use another card'. Then fill the new card details.

Q: What are the available payment options?

We accept:

- Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

- Monthly installments: Tabby, and Tamara.

- Cash on delivery: service is also available with an additional fee of AED 10.

Q: Why was an extra amount of money deducted from my Credit Card?

At Rayansupp, we only charge you for the total price of your order. However, additional fees or service charges may be applied by your bank based on their policies. For detailed information or if you have any questions, please contact your card issuer directly.

Q: When can I get my refund?

For canceled orders, we’ll process your refund within one business day. After that, it usually takes 5-10 business days for the amount to show up on your credit card, depending on your bank’s processes.

For returned orders, we’ll process your refund the same day we receive the return at our warehouse in UAE. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card from the issuance date. (For more information, visit our Refund policy)

Your order will be delivered based on the shipping method you choose:

- Express Shipping: Same-day delivery.

- Standard Shipping: Next-day delivery.

- Remote Areas: Delivery within 2-4 business days.

Q: What does "Being Prepared" status mean?

Great news! Your order has been received and is now in the hands of our warehouse team for preparation.

Q: What does "Held for Confirmation" status mean

This status indicates that your order needs to be verified by our team, to confirm the phone number and delivery address. You may expect a call or E-mail from our team in case you did not receive an OTP when you placed your order.

Q: What does “Unsuccessful Delivery/Returned” status mean?

It looks like your order has been canceled and returned to our warehouse. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us through one of our contact channels.
